Dr. Radivojac is Professor and Director of Data Science Master’s Program at Khoury College of Computer Sciences, Northeastern University, Boston. He recently served as the Associate Dean for Research for the College. He is also a Senior Member of International Society for Computational Biology and serves on its Board of Directors. He has 20 years of experience in computer science. His research interests span Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics and Precision Medicine, and Machine Learning. Dr. Radivojac has received research awards from NIH, NSF and National Cancer Institute, totaling over $20M. He has co-authored over 150 peer reviewed papers which amassed over 13,870 citations, and delivered numerous keynotes and panels at international conferences. For his expertise in precision health, Dr. Radivojac is sought out to consult industry leaders, notably Selux Diagnostics, which is leading a new era in personalized medicine to treat superbug infections and combat antibiotic resistance.
